What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in a form: your name and email, and depending on the form your company, phone, role, website, team size, tools, the tasks and hours you describe, any voice notes, your availability, and referral details. If you arrived from a campaign link, we also keep that link's tags, the page that referred you and the page you landed on.
- How you use the site. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your device and browser and your approximate location, using cookies. We also keep a small note in your browser's storage for 90 days that remembers which campaign link brought you.
- Your IP address, used briefly to stop abuse of our forms. We don't store it.
- Fonts and page tools load from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and Cloudflare's cdnjs, which see your IP address when your browser fetches them.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, send what you requested, and bill you if you buy. If you subscribe, or ask for results or a checklist, we'll email you about it. We use analytics to see which pages help people.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Notion stores your submission, our notes and any audit we prepare for you.
- Resend sends our emails: an automatic confirmation to you, and a copy of your submission to us.
- Anthropic's Claude prepares the AI audit from your answers and your website address, and reads your public website to do it. We don't send it your email or phone number.
- Stripe handles payments. We receive your name, email and the amount, and log them in Notion.
- Google provides analytics and fonts.
We don't sell your information.
Your audit page
Your audit results live on a private page whose link includes a short code. Anyone with that link can open the page, so share it only with people you want to see it.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- To stop our emails, reply to any of them or write to hello@alchmyai.com, and we'll take you off.
- To get a copy of your information, correct it or delete it, email hello@alchmyai.com and we'll do it within 30 days.
- You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
